1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.134/2020, registered at Police Station Chakradhar Nagar, Dist. Raigarh, for offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469 & 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail application before the jurisdictional Court.

3. No objection from other side.
