This revision has been preferred against the order dated 9.3.2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Khairagarh in Sessions Trial No.19 of 2017, whereby the Additional Sessions Judge has rejected the application of the Applicant preferred for examination of handwriting of witness Kirti Verma.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that this revision may be disposed of with an observation that the Applicant himself can obtain an opinion of a handwriting expert in respect of handwriting of witness Kirti Verma.

In view of the above submission, this revision is disposed of with the observation sought for.
