1. The present MCC has been filed seeking for extension of time for compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 25.02.2021 passed in WP(S) No. 806/2021.

2. Counsel for the applicants submits that the authorities concerned are in the process of complying the order of this Court, however because of certain administrative reasons and also taking into consideration the pandemic situation that prevailed and moreover there have been

correspondences made between the establishment and the original petitioner on the subject matter, the decision could not be taken by the applicants within the stipulated period and have prayed for further extension of time so that the order could be passed by the authorities complying with the order of this Court in its letter and spirit.

3. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the reasons assigned and the progress that has been shown by the applicants, prima facie this Court is of the view that some more time can be granted to the applicants. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and the applicants herein the respondents in the writ petition are granted further 60 days time starting from today for compliance of the order passed by this Court. It is expected that the applicants shall positively take a decision within the extended period of 60 days.

4. Let a copy of this order be made part of the records of WP(S) No. 806/2021.

5. Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed and disposed of. Sd/- 1.
