Learned counsel for the Petitioner has failed to demonstrate before this Court that there is any error apparent on the face of the record which requires to be rectified.

The Division Bench had an occasion to comment on the conduct of the Petitioner for agitating the issue again and again when the question of his dismissal on conviction in a criminal case formed the basis for imposition of
punishment of removal, which was upheld both by the Central Administrative Tribunal as well as the High Court.

No grounds for review therefore are made out. The review application is dismissed.
