1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the land of the petitioner is being acquired for construction of the road, though the alternate road is available, which is a government land. He would further submit that the representation which was made by the petitioner to the concerned Ministry is pending consideration, therefore, the petitioner may be given liberty to make a fresh representation before the respondent No.2 to decide his grievance.
3. Considering the nature of dispute, the liberty is given to the petitioner to make a representation before the respondent No.2 raising all the grievance along with the all the documents within a period of 30 days from today and if such representation is filed, the Collector shall be obliged to decide the same within a further period of 60 days from the date of representation.
