The instant petition has been preferred assailing the order dated 06.08.2014 passed by the Second Additional Sessions Judge, Mahasamund, in Criminal Revision No.H-50/2013. 2.
A perusal of impugned order shows that rejection of revision was on the ground that since the investigation was going on and the petitioner had not been able to cogently prove his ownership and title over the property of which he was seeking claim for and the fact that investigation were going on, it was not found proper for the revisional court to entertain the revision petition.

By efflux of time, the necessary investigations seems to have already been completed by the concerned police authorities and therefore, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to move a fresh application before the concerned Judicial Magistrate First
Class along with all relevant documents in respect of title and ownership of the property for release of the same, and the authority concerned shall decide the same on its own merits. 4.
