Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation before the respondents No. 2 and 3 for grant of pay scale as per recommendation of the 5th Pay Commission but that has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to expedite the same.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make an additional

representation before respondents No. 2 and 3 who, in turn, are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
