Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioners' application for mutation of their names in revenue records is

pending consideration before the Additional Tahsildar, Bilaspur since 15.06.2016 but it has not been considered and decided till date. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents / State would submit that petitioners' case is fixed for hearing on 05.05.2018. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

Be that as it may, the learned Additional Tahsildar, Bilaspur is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioners' case expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the parties. It is expected that petitioners will appear before the Additional Tahsildar, Bilaspur on that date and will cooperate in the hearing of the said application.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
