Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order of suspension dated 14.03.2018 (Annexure - P/1) passed by respondent No. 3, petitioner has preferred a revision before the Collector, District Balodabazar, which is pending consideration since 21.03.2018 and has not been decided till date.

Be that as it may, the Collector, District Balodabazar is directed to consider and decide the revision filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
