Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner's land has been acquired and though State authorities have proposed exchange of land on 06.05.2016, but till date it has not been finalized. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the competent authority is directed to consider and take decision in the matter within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
