2. After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Revision Petition and also seeks issuance of direction to the trial Court to consider

on the defence and the documents filed in support of defence before drawing any conclusion in the case against both the applicants.

3. On basis of the submissions made hereinabove, this revision petition which is not an admitted case is disposed off as withdrawn.

4. The learned trial Court is directed to give consideration to the defence of the applicants in both the cases, which may also include documents in support of their cases and then proceed and pass orders/judgement in accordance with law.
