2. Johan Dhruv, Aged about 52 years, S/o. Kheduram Dhruv. Both are R/o. Village Ramdaiya, Police Station Baloda Bazar, District Raipur (C.G.).

.......Appellants -Versus - State Of Chhattisgarh, Through Police Station- Baloda Bazar, District Raipur (C.G.) .......Respondent 01.08.2017 Mr. Vimlesh Bajpai, Advocate for the Appellants. Mr. Ramakant Pandey, Panel Lawyer for the State. Heard Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that both the appellants have suffered their jail sentence and have been released. Perusal of the order sheet of this appeal do not show that the appellants were enlarged on bail.

The communication dated 06.07.2017 is also received from the Superintendent, Central Jail, Bilaspur, that Heera Lal Yadav & Johan Dhruv have been released on bail on 28.11.2016 after completion of their jail sentence.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellants do not want to press this appeal on merit.

Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
