Mr. V.K.Sharma, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Inder Singh Uboweja Order On Board^ 21/01/2015 By this appeal, the appellant challenged the legality, validity and propriety of the judgment and decree dated 11.05.2006 passed by 1st Additional District Judge, Rajnandgaon m Civil SuitNo.ll-A/2004 dismissing the plaintifFs suit for specific perfbrmance of contract.

Since no one appears for the appellant when the matter is called for hearing even in second round, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the appeal for want ofprosecution.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for want ofprosecution. No order as to costs.
