1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application for grant of permission to sell a part of his land has been filed before the Collector on 21.4.2015 but till date the same has not been decided. He submits that there is no legal impediment in granting permission as the petitioner has complied with all the terms and conditions subject to which permission may be granted. He submits that earlier the petitioner had

-2purchased the land after due permission from the Collector.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the application of the petitioner shall be decided in accordance with law.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, this petition, at this stage, is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide petitioner's application for grant of permission expeditiously within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
