Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit

that the petitioner is working on the post of Driver, he is due to retire in the month of December, 2016 and he has been transferred from Durg to Raipur vide order dated 21/01/2016, therefore, he may be permitted to make representation before the respondent No.3/competent authority.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

If the petitioner makes representation before the competent authority within a period of 15 days from today, the competent authority is directed to consider and decide his representation within a period of 45 days from the date of filing of the representation.

The effect and operation of the impugned order dated 21/01/2016 shall remain stayed for a period of two months.
