petitioner submits that the scheme of grant of scale prorrl Lotion to remove stagnation is app1icab1e in the case of the petitioner.
Similarly situated employees have been granted Denefit of scale promotion vide order dated 5th May, and as the petitioner has remained posted as ASI sinc'
3 2009, he is also entitled to same benefit.
He submits th at a representation has been made which is still'pending co nsi'deration.
Learned counsel for t he State submits that the petitioner should approach tr e Inspector General of Police, Who is the competent authorit'
1 to consider such claim.
In View of the above, t is petition is disposed off at present with liberty to the p titioner to file representation before respondent No.3, w shall consider petitioner's claim' for grant of scale pro Otion in accordance with the Govt.
Policy dated 10th Augu t, 2009 and other applicable policies in the matter.
