1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was entitled to be appointed as Anganwadi Sahayika, Charpara Centre 1, but her candidature has been rejected and respondent No.8 has been appointed by order dated 14.7.2006. He would further submit that father of respondent No.8 is government servant and she is not deserted woman, therefore, she is not entitled for preference as shown in the circular issued by the competent authority.
2. On the other hand, learned counsel for respondent No.8 would submit that respondent No.8 is deserted woman and she has rightly been given preference.
3. Since disputed question of fact is involved in the present writ petition, the Collector, Janjgir-Champa is directed to hear both the parties and take a decision within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Parties are directed to remain present before the Collector, Janjgir-Champa on 19.12.2017.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
