This is petition in the nature of habeas corpus for production of respondents No. 6 and 7 Smt. Saluja Bande and Mr. Sameer Bande.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition, even otherwise, respondents No. 6 and 7 are wife and son of the petitioner, who are residing in the house of respondent No.10. 3.
