2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to clerical error, the address of respondents 4 & 5 has been wrongly typed in as much as respondent no.4 in stead of "The Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Bilaigarh" has got typed as "The Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Kashdol". Likewise, the address of respondent no.5 in stead of "The Block Education Officer, Bilaigarh" has got typed as "The Block Education Officer, Kashdol". In addition, in paragraph-3 this Court has directed the petitioner to prefer a fresh representation before the respondent no.2 whereas it should have been respondent no.3. Hence, prays for correction of the same. 3.

State counsel does not oppose to the said correction sought for. 4.

In view of the same, the MCC is allowed. It is ordered that the address of respondents 4 & 5 mentioned in the order dated 22.03.2018 passed in WPS No. 2517/2018 shall be read as "The Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Bilaigarh" instead of Kashdol and "The Block Education Officer, Bilaigarh" instead of Kashdol respectively reflected in the cause title. Likewise, in paragraph-3 of the order dated 22.02.2018, respondent no.2 shall be read as "respondent no.3" i.e. the petitioner shall prefer a fresh representation before "the respondent no.3" in stead of respondent no.2. 5.
