Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the plaintiff has withdrawn the suit and he will file affidavit in this regard by tomorrow. 2.

Since the suit has been withdrawn, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this revision with liberty to revive the same if eventuality so arises.

Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, the petitioner is permitted to file affidavit within a week.
