The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has moved an application for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Ambikapur to Balangi, via Pratappur, Wadrafnagar, Raghunathnagar and back one return trip daily on 18.08.2015, the application has remained pending without any decision.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that if such application is pending, the same shall be decided as per law and the applicable procedure after hearing all the concerned parties. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent to decide the petitioner's application as early as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
