1. The writ petition has been preferred before the learned Single Judge challenging the order of suspension.

2. What is considered under the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge is the issue as to whether the

WA No. 234 of 2019 petitioner is entitled for an ex-parte interim order.

3. The learned Single Judge has passed a reasoned order as to why an ex-parte interim order is not required at that stage of the proceeding.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned reasoned order. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. However, the appellant may press his application for grant of stay before the learned Single Judge, which seems still pending consideration.
