There is an ex-parte decree against the wife, by which, the husband has been granted decree of restitution of conjugal rights. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings for setting aside the ex-parte decree.
