The petitioner is aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in not issuing certificate of 22 point information to facilitate registration of sale deed of the petitioner.

It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner intends to sell his ownership land situated in Khasra No.217/2 admeasuring 0.809 hectares in village - Chiraipani. He submits that no registration of sale deed is allowed unless the Patwari issues 22 point information under his own signature giving the land, ownership etc. It is submitted that the petitioner had approached the Tahsildar for issuance of appropriate direction for supply of 22 point certificate but nothing has been done.

Learned counsel for the respondent / State submits that if petitioner's application is pending before the Tahsildar, the same shall be decided and necessary steps would be taken as early as possible.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties, respondent no.3 is directed to do the needful and also instruct the subordinate officers including the Patwari to issue necessary certificate. That should be done within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Tahsildar shall take appropriate action against the concerned Patwari, if it is found that the Patwari is harassing the petitioner for extraneous reasons. 5.
