Grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner had moved an application before respondent No.2 on 24.03.2015 for grant of permanent stage carriage permit on the route Nagari to Jagdalpur via Keshkal, Kondagaon with one return trip daily but till date, application has not been decided one way or the other. He submits that even under the statutory mandate, the applications are required to be decided within 60 days.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that if such application is pending, the same shall be decided as per law and the applicable procedure after hearing all the concerned parties.

Considering the aforesaid submission, it is now directed that respondent No.2 shall decide the petitioner's application within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
