2. In view of the fact that the charge sheet has already been filed

against the son of the petitioner and his application for discharge under Section 227 Cr.P.C has already been rejected, the petitioner's son is not under illegal detention, as the detention has been permitted by the Court of competent jurisdiction under Section 167 Cr.P.C. and thereafter on account of filing of charge sheet against him.

3. The petition is wholly misconceived, it deserves to be and is hereby dismissed.
