Agrawal Order On Board 05/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of 30 days from today.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate
Authority within a period of 30 days from today. If such appeal is filed by the petitioner before the Appellate Authority, in that event Appellate Authority shall consider and decide the appeal in accordance with law expeditiously.
