Being aggrieved against the order of First Appellate Authority dated 13.02.2018, this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the order of First Appellate Authority is appealable before the State Information Commission.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for respondents, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer second appeal before the State Information Commission under the Right to Information Act in accordance with law.
