1. On 23.12.2016 this Court had passed following order: "Learned counsel for the respondents states that till date the applicant has not paid any amount towards the maintenance.

Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to obtain instruction and file affidavit of the applicant as to whether he has complied with the lower Court's order or not.

If it is found that he has not complied with the order, the petition shall be dismissed.

List on 13th January, 2017."

2. Today, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that despite best

efforts, they are unable to contact the Applicant. It is obvious that the husband has not paid the maintenance amount.
