Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the impugned order of transfer shall not be acted upon by the State and the petitioner would not be insisted to join the transferred place. He prays for reserving their right to pass a fresh order in the event of administrative exigency.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties that the State shall not act upon the impugned transfer order reserving right in favour of the State to pass a fresh order in the 'event of administrative exigency.
