1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken-up through video conferencing.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. Affidavit of the Collector, Jashpur has been filed stating that the application of the petitioner for grant of leave / parole will be considered afresh in accordance with law.

4. In that view of the matter, the order dated 13-9-2019 is set aside and

the matter is remitted to the District Magistrate for passing order afresh in accordance with law with respect to the grant of leave / parole to the petitioner.
