This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.178/2020 registered at Police Station Kumhari, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.
