The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking a direction to 1.

respondent No.2 to determine compensation since 2011 and further direction to respondent N0.4 to make proper arrangement for water outlet in future.

Shri Sharma, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 would submit that water outlet has already been constructed. For other reliefs, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available in law including filing a representation before the competent authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
