At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner may present the sale document before respondent No.1 and respondent No.1 shall not refuse issuance of necessary 18 points certificate only on the ground that the petitioner is a schedule tribe. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, I am not inclined to initiate any contempt proceedings in the matter.
