1. Learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition is identical to that of Writ Petition (T) No.286 of 2017 (Anant Agencies v. State of Chhattisgarh and others), decided on 17.4.2018 in which this Court held as under:- "3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to file appeal/revision before the competent authority and, in turn, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of filing of appeal/revision."
