Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that in the order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 10.04.2018 in Writ Petition (C) No. 975 of 2018, due to inadvertent mistake in the order, the detail of respondent No. 2 has been mentioned as 'Collector (Land Acquisition), Raipur' instead of 'Collector (Land Acquisition), Bilaspur.'

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the order dated 10.04.2018 is modified and in place of 'Collector (Land Acquisition), Raipur' it be read as 'Collector (Land Acquisition), Bilaspur.'
