State counsel would submit that as per report dated 9-5-2017 received from Deputy Superintendent, District Jail Rajnandgaon, appellant Karan Sahu has suffered jail sentence awarded to him and after completion of jail sentence he has been released from jail on 15-1-2013.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the State counsel, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that he does not want to press this appeal as it has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
