Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner had moved an application dated 14.10.2015 before respondent No.2 for grant of stage carriage permit from the route Chirmiri to Pratappur via Baikunthpur, Patna, Bhaiyathan, Bhaisamunda for number of one trip the said application has remained pending without any decision. 3.

Learned counsel for the State submits that if such application is pending, the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. 4.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner's application dated 14.10.2015 shall be decided by the authority concerned within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
