Learned counsel the respondents / State, upon instructions, submits that till date selection has not been finalized. He submits that the authority will take appropriate decision in the matter. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for issuance of direction on the basis that the selection process has been finalized, but has not produced any appointment order till date. Unless, there is any

appointment order, the petitioner cannot claim as of right that she should be appointed.

The respondent authority, as observed, should take appropriate decision in the matter and if they decide to proceed further in selection process, it will be open for them to prepare select list as per their requirement.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
