Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 23/11/2017 At the outset, towards redressal of petitioner's grievance, it is submitted by learned counsel for respondent No.4 that if duly filled in Form 13 of the petitioner is forwarded by respondent No.3 to respondent No.4, appropriate transfer shall be made in petitioner's EPF account.
Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that if the petitioner submits his filled in Form 13, transfer shall be expeditiously made. In view of the aforesaid submission, at this stage, this petition is disposed off
with a direction that if the petitioner submits filled in Form 13 before respondent No.3 within two months, respondent No.3 shall forward the same within 30 days to respondent No.4 and thereafter, within three months, necessary transfer of funds in the existing EPF account of the petitioner shall be made.
