(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the Coordinator, Mitanin Programme, District Mungeli to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 22.11.2016 passed in W.P. (S) No. 6334/2016.

(3) Counsel for the applicant may also make additional representation to the Coordinator, Mitanin Programme, District Mungeli and, in turn, Coordinator, Mitanin Programme, District Mungeli shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 22.11.2016 in its letter and spirit.
