The petitioner had filed this contempt petition aggrieved on account of non payment of undisputed amount, despite direction issued by this Court. 2.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent contemnor is no longer in service and the office of the Collector, Raipur is occupied by new officer, at this stage, the contempt petition is disposed off. The petitioner may approach newly appointed officer and seek compliance of the order of the Court.
