Agrawal Order On Board 06/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's has been deprived of upgraded pay scale after completion of 24 years of service, against which he has made representation before the respondent authorities, but the same has not been considered and decided till now. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file afresh representation before respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievances. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2, in that event respondent No.2 shall consider

and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
