1. By this petition, review has been sought on the ground that though the writ petition has been dismissed on merits, application for substitution of legal heirs of the deceased-petitioner and condonation of delay in filing such application has not been considered.

2. The order under review clearly shows that the application for substitution of legal heirs was allowed and the case was examined and, thereafter, the writ petition has been dismissed.

3. Therefore, no case of review is made out. The review petition is misconceived and is therefore dismissed.
