The petitioner has again approached this Court aggrieved by rejection of his representation in the matter of transfer. It appears that the petitioner has remained posted for the 8 years in the same district. He was transferred to another district and aggrieved by that order, the petitioner has filed this petition mainly on the ground that his wife has also remained posted in the same district as Assistant Teacher.

The petition was disposed off with the direction to consider representation. The representation of the petitioner has now been decided vide order dated 10.01.2018 by which, it has been rejected on the ground that there is no violation of administrative instruction yet the administrative department may consider the petitioner's case on compassionate ground.

Considering that the transfer season would be appropriately soon. The administrative department may consider in this transfer season the petitioner's representation and take appropriate decision. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
