(2) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 12.01.2016 passed in W.P.(S) No.62 of 2016.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/contemnors submits that the petitioner's representation has been decided vide order dated 01.06.2016 and as such, the instant contempt petition has become infructuous.

(4) In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the

respondents, the contempt petition is dismissed at the admission stage as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law, if aggrieved by the order dated 01.06.2016.
