(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the respondents/contemnors to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 23.02.2016 passed in W.P.(S) No.548/2016.

(3) Counsel for the applicant may also make additional representation to the competent authority and, in turn authority concerned shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 23.02.2016 in its letter and spirit, if already not complied with. (4) With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.
