In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed off.

In view of aforesaid development, this petition is disposed off with a direction that the proposal for promotion of the petitioner shall be duly examined by the Urban Administration and Development Department and decision shall be taken within a period of eight weeks from today.
