1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. This is third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the

applicant who has been arrested on 08.04.2020 in connection with Crime No.15/2020 registered at Police Station Gidhouri-Tundra, District BalodabazarBhathapara (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. Second bail application was rejected on 05.03.2021.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant at length, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this third bail application.

Accordingly, third bail application is also rejected. However, the concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court.
