With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Collector, South Bastar, Dantewada (C.G.) on 08.01.2015 handing over the charge of the office of the Principal, Government Danteshawari Post Graduate College to the respondent No.5. The learned counsel for the petitioner would refer to the State Government's circular dated 14.07.2014 to contend that the State Government has issued circular specifically mentioning that current charge should not be handed over to junior officers ignoring the seniority.

Considering the nature of dispute brought before this Court and the circular issued by the State Government, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the petitioner prefers a fresh representation before the respondent No.4 within a period of 15 days from today, the said officer shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law, on its own merits, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of submission of the representation.
